Domain almak ve tescil karmaşası?
Selamlar, Kafamı karıştıran bir durum söz konusu şöyle ki;
Benim aktif kullandığım bir web sitem var; adı da örneğin abc.com olsun. Bunu ilaveten tescil ettirmek, sahiplenmek için bir şey yapmak gerekir mi?
Zira dün şöyle bir mail aldım: sazan.avi mi bilemedim :
To whom it may concern:
We are the Department of Asian Domain Registration Service in China. We have something to confirm with you. On July 8, 2014, we received an application in which a company by the name PANYUE GROUP applied to register "sitemin adı" as their Brand Name and some Asian top-level domain names through our firm.
Now we are handling this registration. After our initial checking, we found that the name are identical to your company's. We need to check with you whether your company has authorized that company to register these names. If you have authorized this, we will finish the registration at once. If not, please let us know within 7 workdays, in which case we will dicuss the matter more thoroughly. If not otherwise advised within that time limit we will proceed with the registration for PANYUE GROUP. We will be waiting for your reply. Have a nice day!

Panyue Group bu siteyi alıyorum ben demiş, elemanlar da sana soruyor gerçekten sattın mı, domain transfer yapalım mı diye. Eyyorlamam budur.
7 gün içinde yanıt vermezseniz domain'i transfer ederiz demişler.

Site aktif 2015 Nisan'a kadar da kayıtlı. süresi dolmadı zaten. Nasıl transfer edecekler anlamadım?
