RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
What if I don’t like the item or it doesn’t fit?
No problem. Simply send the item back for a refund and please include documentation to notify what items you're returning and the reason why. Please note that, as per our Terms and Conditions of Sale, you will be returning any items at your own cost and that you are under a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession. Taking reasonable care means you must return the items in 'as new' condition and with all of their original packaging. If you fail to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession and return them damaged, modified or incomplete, we may charge you for any losses arising from your breach of this statutory duty.
If you require a refund
If you require a refund, you should also return any accessories and free gifts your received with your items. We will provide you with a full refund of the purchase price and any delivery charges you have incurred in getting the items to you no later than 30 days from, and including, the day on which you notified us of your intention to return the items in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale. Refunds are credited to your original method of payment.
Damaged items
If any items you purchase from us are defective or incomplete upon arrival, you must notify us immediately using the contact details published at the bottom of the page, to request an exhange or a refund.
