soyle bi durum var, benim vize surem 2011 ocak sonu bitiyor. ocak basinda da baska bi egitim programi basliyor, planim ingilter'deyken uzatmakti fakat vize basvurusuna da gerekli bi belge icin turkiye'ye gelmem gerekti. simdi noeldi cart curttu, bu arada vizeye basvurmak mumkun gorunmuyor, isler ocaga uzar gibi gorunuyor. bi yandan "nasisa vize surem dolmadi, ingiltere'de mi uzatsam" diyorum. yanimda egitim yapacagimi ve bursumu gosteren belgeler de var, buna ragmen bana sinirda "sen niye geldin, almiyoz" derler mi? bana demezler gibi geliyor da emin olamiyorum da... boyle bisi yapan var mi?ne yapim, risk almayp gerekirse gec mi gidim ingiltere'ye?

eger ingilteredeyken halledeceksen vizenin doldugu gune kadar basvurma hakkin var. fakat cok uzun suruyor. benim bir bucuk ay oldu basvurumdan hala ses yok. basvuru formunda 4 ile 12 haftasi surer diyor (cus) o degil turkiyeye de donemiyorum pasaportum bende olmadigi icin. daha once 2 kere ogrenci vizesi aldim turkiyedeyken ve ikisi de 1-2 gun icinde hallolmustu.
bu arada ingiltereden basvurma ucretine indirim geldi sanirim daha 1-2 hafta once. 200 kusur pound yeni ucret.

If a student is already in the United Kingdom and his/her existing permission to stay runs out more than one month before the start-date of his/her proposed next course of study,he/she will be expected to return overseas and apply from outside the United Kingdom. If the applicant applies from inside the United Kingdom, his/her application will be refused. A month will be considered a calendar month (for example, if an applicant’s leave expires on 14 January his/her new course must start no later than 13 February).
We suggest that if a student’s course has ended and he/she is applying from inside the
United Kingdom to extend his/her stay, he/she should apply in the last three months of his her permission to stay if possible. This is because as soon as we give permission to stay (if the application is approved), the student’s new Tier 4 sponsor becomes responsible for them.
