ve sürekli rapidden mailler geliyor sistemi değişmiş sanırsam ingilizce anlamıyorum.

As a result of the recent adjustments to our product and pricing model we have received a lot of feedback from our users. There was also positive response but we want to be honest with you: most answers were negative. With our adjustments we have alienated many users. As a matter of course, that was not our intention. Instead, it is our goal to introduce a system that gives you more flexibility. However, we are happy about every single user response that we have received as this is the only way we can learn what our users really want. That is the reason why we have fundamentally revised our offer one more time and made it much simpler.

Eski sistem iyiydi güzeldi ve minimum acıyla maksimum kazanç vardı. Ama yeni sistemle adamlar prem kullanıcısı kertmeye karar verdi ve ellerinden geleni ardına komadı.
Herhalde senin de 2 günden birşey olmaz hesabı oldu.. En iyisi o maili soruna kopyala da bi hal çaresine bakalım.
Hmm sana en başta demişler ki: Ya 50gblik depolama kapasiteni yada 5gb günlük download sınırını aştığın için hesabını şundan şuna yükseltiyoruz. Artık böyle böyle daha fazla depolayıp kullanacabileceksin ama günlük şu kadar rapid puanın gidecek.
Daha sonra denmiş ki: Milletten aldığımız tepki sonucu geri adım atıyoruz ve herkes için TEK bir hesap tipi koyuyoruz. Hadi, hayrını görün.
En sonuncusu da sanki sıralama olarak 2.sinden ve hatta 1.sinden daha önce gibi ama olayı 1. maile benziyor, yine hesabını yükseltme hadisesi.
