Attık ancak cevap olarak ülkeden 16sında çıkış yapmışsınız bu tarihten daha eski bir ikametgah belgesi olması gerekiyor bunu kabul edemeyiz dediler. E devlette geçmişe yönelik ikametgah alınmıyor doğal olarak. Tarihçeli ikametgah attım kabul etmediler. Arkadaşımın adına fatura yok evde ailesinin üstüne hepsi. Çalışmıyor da çalışma belgesi de sunamıyorum. Ne sunabilirim başka bilmiyorum hiç böyle bir sorun olacağını düşünmemiştim.

To process your VAT refund request, we require a valid proof of residence issued between October - November, 2022.
We can accept one of the following documents as proof of residence:
-Utility bill under your name (e.g. landline bill, internet bill, electricity or gas bill). Mobile phone bills will not suffice
-A certificate of residence from local authorities such Police or Embassy (not older than 3 months and must include name, address, start date and issue date).
-A recent certificate from an employer or University or College, for students (must include name, address, start date and end date).
If documents cannot be provided in English, please attach a brief translation including: name, address, date and type of document.
Passports, Visas, work permits, residence permit, IDs and bank statements are not valid as proof of residence.
Only the 3 categories listed above are eligible.
