if li cümle olduğu için mi dicem ama that clause da if şartının ana cümlesi içinde kullanılmış perfect tense.
it is the people derken o insanların daha önceden onları eğittiğini belirtmek için mi perfect diye i have trained dicem ? ama simple past da olabilirdi.
