Sizin icin cevirisini yapamam ancak genel olarak: 250 euro holding fee verilmis. Eger basvuru kabul edilir, sozlesme imzalanirsa, eve tasinilan gun odenmesi gereken total move in fees den dusulecek bu para. Tasinilmazsa cezai sart olarak kabul edilip para iade edilmeyecek. Para iki durumda iade ediliyor: 24 saat icinde iptal veya izin cikmazsa.

Son iki cumlede de basvurunun ev sahibinin herhangi bir sekilde sozlesme imzalamak zorunda oldugu ya da mali teslim mecburiyeti oldugu seklinde yorumlanamayacagi ve baskaca sozlu anlasma yapilmadigi belirtilmis.
