Ireland is not a member of the Schengen Area. An Irish visa does not permit travel to the Schengen Area, nor does a visa issued by a country in the Schengen Area allow for travel to Ireland.
Citizens of Türkiye who possess a UK short stay visa (e.g. Visit) may be able to travel on to Ireland from the UK (or directly to Ireland, in limited circumstances), without the need to obtain a separate Irish visa, as part of the Irish Short Stay Visa Waiver Programme. Travellers from an eligible country should ensure they familiarise themselves with the criteria of the scheme before travelling to Ireland with a visa issued by the UK.

Irlanda'dan bildiriyorum, cevap evet. Onceki cevaplardaki bir kafa karisikligini da duzelteyim; eger UK turist vizeniz varsa ve son 6 ay icinde UK'e girdiyseniz ister UK ustunden ister direkt Turkiye'den Irlanda'ya gelebilirsiniz. Ancak bu kolaylik sadece turst vizesi (short stay visa) icin gecerli. Eger UK'de oturumunuz varsa (ogrenci, calisan, aile birlesimi vb), o zaman Irlanda icin vizeye basvurmaniz lazim.
