However, communities, undeniably need highly qualifed staff such as electrians and firemen.. “These people are backbone of the society.” says Alexander Dummon who is a proffessor in Dublin University. “Unfortunately, governments encourage people too much for university graduated jobs and now society is suffering from finding well qualified person.” he said.
