However, communities, undeniably need highly qualifed staff such as electrians and firemen.. “These people are backbone of the society.” says Alexander Dummon who is a proffessor in Dublin University. “Unfortunately, governments encourage people too much for university graduated jobs and now society is suffering from finding well qualified person.” he said. Another specialist says, “Governments stop ignoring this part of society.
