I can't log in to my bigrock account although I know my password. I asked for a password reset however the incoming mail says "this address is not registered". When I try to subscribe to a new account, it says that "this email is registered". I can't access my account or my domains. Your urgent assistance will be highly appreciated.
I can't login to my Bigrock account even though I use the correct login details and password. When I try to request a new password using I forgot my password section, I receive an email saying this email adress is not registered. But when I try to make a new account using that same email adress, it says this email is already registered. As a result of this, I can't access my account and my domains.
