Thanks for reaching out. If you're trying to use OpenVPN Access Server, It's possible that Access Server is binding to the "anchor" IP address for some reason (one starting with "10", which is used for our floating IP feature), even when explicitly configured to use your droplet's public IP address. To fix this, you can run sudo /usr/local/openvpn_as/bin/ovpn-init, and when you get a prompt like the following:
Please specify the network interface and IP address to be
used by the Admin Web UI:
(1) all interfaces: 0.0.0.0
(2) eth0: XX.XX.XX.148
(3) eth0: XX.XX.X.30
Please enter the option number from the list above (1-3).
> Press Enter for default [2]:
You'll want to enter "1" for all interfaces, instead of the default, "2" on eth0. For every other option in that setup script, you can press Enter to accept the defaults given. Once it completes, you should be able to load the admin interface normally. Let us know if that works or we can help with anything else!
